In Adaptive, we work every day to be a leading player in our field, but we must also set a good example in other arenas. This means that we are conscious of our social and environmental responsibility to contribute to sustainable and healthy development.
Via investments in i.a. Teams and Office 365 reduce we get travel activity as much as possible. With a free electric car charger and premises right by public transport, we facilitate environmentally friendly communication. A sustainable everyday life is facilitated by employees being able to use a home office, customer meetings can take place via the internet, simpler interaction and the use of environmentally friendly transport.
Cloud services
We have chosen Microsoft Azure as our cloud service provider. Microsoft has a strong commitment to environmental sustainability and is working to become carbon neutral by 2030. Read more about their initiative here .
Waste routines
Through farm owners we have an agreement with the company Franzefoss AS for collection / collection of residual products and waste. Waste management, sorting of cardboard and other paper is handled through this agreement. Used paper is thrown into separate collection boxes / containers. Here are some examples of what to distribute / sort:

- Cardboard / paper container
- Hardware that Adaptive sells to customers is reused internally for testing and development. What can no longer be used for electronic waste is delivered to Elkjøp for recycling.

Our management system is based on ISO 45001. We use an online HSE system - Adaptive HSE.
Adaptive AS does not import goods itself, but purchases goods and services from subcontractors. Our subcontractors take environmental responsibility by paying environmental fees for importing packaging, batteries and electrical waste via Grønnt Punkt, Norsirk and ERP.
