Policy for human rights and decent working conditions:

As part of our commitment to the Openness Act, we carry out due diligence assessments to identify, prevent, reduce and account for how we handle negative impacts on human rights and working conditions. This includes:
- Mapping and risk assessment: We map our supply chains and assess the risk of violations of human rights and decent working conditions.
- Measures and improvement programmes:*We take the necessary measures to deal with identified risks and work continuously with improvement programmes.
- Follow-up and evaluation: We follow up the measures and evaluate their effect to ensure continuous improvement.
Supplier requirements and cooperation:
We make clear demands on our suppliers regarding compliance with human rights and working conditions. This includes:
- Ethical guidelines: All suppliers must comply with our ethical guidelines which cover human rights, working conditions, the environment and anti-corruption.
- Audits and controls: We carry out follow-up of our suppliers to ensure that the requirements are complied with.
Training and raising awareness:
We carry out regular training and awareness programs for our employees to ensure knowledge of human rights and decent working conditions.
Continuous improvement:
We are committed to continuous improvement of our processes and measures to ensure compliance with the Openness Act. We regularly evaluate our practices and update our policies and procedures according to best practice and new requirements.
