Collaboration with Taxifix - order right from onVisit!
It is important for us to be at the forefront when it comes to technological development and digitalisation. We are therefore proud to present our collaboration with an exciting and forward-looking player that Taxi fix. As a guest or employee, you can now simply book a taxi directly from the onVisit screen, either as a direct booking - or receive a booking link on your mobile for fast transport whenever you want. Our seamless integration ensures that taxi bookings are done in a few seconds and that the waiting time is completely minimal.
From 2018, the EU's new GDPR directives will come into force, with privacy rules companies must comply with. An important point in the new directives is the storage of personal data, and strict sanctions have been announced for violating these rules. Fortunately, you do not have to worry about the visitor system, we have already covered you with onVisit. Be sure to update well in advance to avoid any unfortunate consequences.
Fast Track - spend time on what matters
With onVisit Fast Track, you end up queuing up to register, or looking through an endless pile of name tags. Give the guest everything he needs right on his mobile - time, address, information and QR code for check-in. When attending the reception, the guest can easily scan the code on the mobile phone, at the same time a visit note will be printed and the recipient will be notified. All the great features you're used to onVisit, just faster.
With the new version, we have made significant improvements to the onVisit web, including a completely new control panel. Managing visits, settings, or designs on guest registration has never been easier. In addition, we have made sure that easy communication is never far away. Send SMS to any guest or employee - right from the visitor overview.
Security in focus
As a receptionist, you may be exposed if threatening situations arise. That's why we have now launched Panic Button - an alarm button on the web that ensures that you can always get help quickly and discreetly. In addition, the SMS Alert feature has received a solid overhaul, offering even more opportunities to alert visitors and staff in an emergency.
Sometimes the guest does not have a specific contact in advance. Other times, there may not be so many employees that a search is needed, or you just want to have some resources a little easier to access. With Quick Dial, getting the right contact is faster than ever - whether it's customer service, a person or a group.
