Visma acquires Adaptive and strengthens its offering to the real estate industry
Visma has acquired Adaptive, a provider of innovative and user-friendly solutions that
streamlines everyday life for businesses.
Adaptive is behind the digital reception service onVisit, which has quickly become a preferred solution for visitor management in various industries, with particular prevalence in commercial real estate.
onVisit streamlines visitor registration, strengthens security and contributes to a seamless experience for both guests and employees. The platform will now be part of the offering of Visma Property Solutions, Norway's leading provider of business-critical solutions for the real estate industry.

Adaptive was founded in 2007, with Håkon Inngjerdingen and Rune Sanne as two of the founders. Both will join when the company becomes part of Visma, and Adaptive will continue to operate as an independent company with the same management and brand.
