[Current] Submit a self-declaration for guests in onVisit and ensure effective infection tracking. Create a safe environment for employees and guests with non-contact check-in.
In connection with outbreaks of the coronavirus, Norwegian companies imposed infection tracing by the authorities, or encouraged to do so. We have received many inquiries about how information and self-declaration can be communicated to guests in onVisit, and how infection tracing can be ensured. In newer versions of onVisit, this can be seamlessly included in the registration process. This means that guests must agree to their guidelines in order to complete the registration, and you will have the opportunity to inform guests about current rules and procedures. With the history and reports in onVisit, infection tracking and notification is also an easy task, with a full overview of which guests have been to relevant places at given times.
The services onVisit Fast Track og onVisit Invite facilitates hygienic non-contact check-in. Also try the brand new check-in with your own mobile. Guests and staff scan a QR code with their mobile, and check in easily without physical contact!
