onVisit Fast Track

onVisit Fast Track sends invitations to guest groups or guests by SMS and / or email. When the guest arrives at the reception, the person can scan themselves using a QR code and thus avoid registering. SMS notification is sent to the guest recipient and it is optional if the guest uses the invitation as a "mobile guest card" or a visitor label is printed. During the visit period, guests can easily check in and out so that the visitor overview is updated at all times. The service is very useful when receiving guest groups but is also more efficient for other guests.
