The "Add to onVisit" Add-In is designed to help meeting organizers add the email address meet@onvisit.net to the recipient list of a meeting in Microsoft Outlook. If this email address is not already present, the Add-In will add it as a recipient. No other actions are performed.
Note: The "Add to onVisit" Add-In is a convenience tool for adding the email address meet@onvisit.net to your meeting. The onVisit Invite service and the onVisit visitor management system are separate services, each with their own privacy and licensing terms. This Add-In does not interact directly with those services or process any data on their behalf. See https://adaptive.no for more information about the onVisit visitor management system.
This Add-In does not process, store, or transmit any personal data outside the user's Outlook environment. No personal data is collected or shared by the Add-In. As such, the Add-In is designed to comply with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable privacy laws in the EEA.
